Cancellation

Credit Card Refunds
Any hosting plan cancelled by the 10th day of the month charged, will be refunded 100% on the day of cancellation.  No refunds will be given to any cancellations received after the 10th day, unless other arrangements have been made.  We can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase.  Cancellations can be made by calling Dynamasys @ 937-689-1030 or by emailing info@dynamasys.com and specifying "Cancel Hosting" in the subject line.
