Web-Based POS / ECR Features and Benefits
The Dynamasys system provides the client with an avenue to upload their POS polling information into the reporting system. By utilizing our DynaLink client transfer and our DynaLink server processor, your data is automatically uploaded, and your reports are ready for you first thing in the morning. With the click of a button, your mission critical data is available.
Dynamasys is not only a reporting tool, it is your data warehouse.
Dynamasys retains all your polled and uploaded information for as long as you need it. You decide when you want to purge your information. However, before your information is purged, it is backed up and stored (just in case).

Dynamasys Web-Based Reporting Features & Capabilities
Multiple Users
Create as many users as you like for your stores. Each user is setup with a unique user id and password. These users will be able to log in to the reporting system and access information for the store you assign them to. You can setup your store managers to view only their stores information while you have access to view all your stores.
Multiple Stores
Create an unlimited amount of stores online. That's right, at any time you have the ability to add stores to your system. You will be billed monthly based on how many stores you have.
Multiple Markets
Create as many markets as you like then link your stores to those markets. This gives you the ability to determine what areas might be generating more profits, or help you in determining what types of promotions work better in different areas.
Consolidated Reporting
With our consolidated reporting, you can view all the information for all your stores combined together. No more running one report per store then adding them up. You will have the ability to view consolidated information at any time.
Date Range Reporting
View a week, month or even a years worth of information at a time. Our system offers weekly reporting, and allows you to enter a date range if you like.
Promotional Analysis
